Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn/unused, with tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
